The BP have PERMISSION to stop anyone within the 100 mile point from the border in Calif.

And that is usually at a border check point. If im in a Border city why would the BP have reason to stop me?

I did not write the BP 100 mile rule but read it on the Border info site. They have authority to stop any suspicious vehicle within the 100 miles of the border and NOT at a BP inspection station only.

Many illegals feel they are home free after so many miles within the US. Tain't so.
