They believe their crimes are justified, and that our laws “should” be ignored. According to them, illegals are “forced” to commit crimes to seek a better life due to our “unfair” immigration laws. Thus, they want unconditional legalization for illegal aliens.

If the provision is deleted, it will essentially eliminate their “path to citizenship.” It will remain in the bill, and the bill will be defeated, again.
Amnesty will not pass...Period, but there is a lot of legislation on this proposed bill that deals with immagration, not just illegal immigration, actually, this bill repeals the Federal in-state tuition credit, and leaves it in the hands of the States to decide. Where it should be...States Rights.

I pointed out three sections on a previous post.

But, we aren’t discussing “legal” immigration. Of course the bill includes provisions for legal immigrants. Otherwise, they would have to call the bill exactly what it is. . . Comprehensive Illegal Alien Amnesty.

This bill would not exist, if not for massive illegal immigration, and the involvement of influential advocates demanding their legalization. Nor, would the issue of “immigration” be as divisive, or elicit such intense emotions.

Read the bill, it pertains to all facets of immigration, not just Illegals here.

Every CIR bill proposed has granted amnesty to those in the country illegally. Those not here illegally, don't need amnesty. The CIR bill of 2007 did have a provision for amnesty. They called it a 'fast track to citizenship,' but it fits the legal definition of amnesty. Those who crossed the border illegally were to be forgiven that crime, and not deported, or held crminally accountable in any way. They were only asked to pay a fine, and choose 3 of their past 5 years earnings on which they wanted to pay taxes.

Show me where any CIR bill still proposes to deport illegal aliens. Anything less is forgiving them their crime, which equals amnesty.

It seems people are forgetting something. Our congress and our government is very corrupt. They have done so many things that have already tore us down and put us in the position we are in right now. If they have been able to do all that and get away with it thus far what makes all of you think they will not pass amnesty? They dont care about the american citizens and what it does to us as long as it makes them happy and rich they wont care. It will pass and they prolly do have the votes its just the sh*tty way our government works. we get backdoored by our own government.

True but they know how most Americans feel about it and how we can retaliate at the polls if they vote for an amnesty. I would be very careful how I vote in November. Any politician who has even hinted at an amnesty needs to get the axe. That is why an amnesty won't even be considered by them until after November because those who want an amnesty would lose their seats. Boot out the ones with a bad track record on illegal immigration at the November polls. I had provided an immigration report card site in here before that will tell you who the traitors are.
