What amazes and certainly annoys me is the fact that illegal aliens are even given any right to petition anything in America, especially with the absolute and continuous disregard of our laws. Typical criminals, disregard laws pertaining to them being a criminal yet abuse the law when they can find a loophole to their advantage, which they have no rights to. In the end of this case, petition denied, waste of time and money.
This ridiculous sense of entitlement is a drain on the US.They should have Laws against this stupidity and this clown's Lawyer should be disbarred and prosecuted for this frivolous lawsuit and waste of tax payers time and money.Just try this BS in Mexico and see how far this goes.
"Petitioner admits that in connection with that attempt to re-enter, he paid $2500 for fraudulent documents—including a border crossing card in the name of Raphael Sanchez-Sanchez—that he could show to the Border Patrol. Upon questioning by the Border Patrol, petitioner apparently gave his correct name and was then arrested at the checkpoint."
Why on earth should we be opposed to such pure BRILLIANCE?
It amazes me the dumb things you can sue for these days. You get paid for being a moron. Lets have a party yall. Everyone get stupid and find something to sue for lets see who wins and who gets denied.
