he had no right to search them while the law does allow officers to put those who sleep in vehicles through sobriety tests which they went through and obviously did not have any alcohol in their system he still chose to search them and with my sister while it may not have been a strip search the way in which he went through with it was not appropriate

and since they did not make any violation and he didn't have a warrant he could not legally search them.
