If a person is found to be illegal, they should be put on a bus then and there and shipped back where they came from!!
this is the part most folk dont connect. Found illegal is a judical determination...no hearing-no outcome.

goes back to that little pricipal "innocent until guilty"

Well you say...They are Illegals, they dont deserve "rights"

and around we go...have to prove Illegality, have to protect rights durring "Due Process" the Constitution says.

Constitutional Rights are not being PC...never

So while yall are tweeking the 14th, yall may want to re-write the 4th as well...
the 4th amendment-

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated,

Oh and Due Process is the 5th...

I asked a long time firend just that. he said at one time they did and would hold them for imagration. Then in teh carter administrtion the immagration said they would no longer come pick them up unless they made bond on a crime and were due to be released. H esida how their is no way that loacl governamnt are going to pay for the cost of holding immagration only charges that the feds will not pay for.Beside he said it made snese;since what immagration did was process them then take them to a bus station;buy a ticket for mexico then put them on the bus;which they often left at the next stop.

Guess it depends on location. Our local Sheriff just rounded up the last of all of our illegals last week. Contacted I.C.E. and said they didn't have the manpower to send someone to pick them up, so our Sheriff transported them to Cincinnati. Left them in their custody and gave them a bill.

I like this guy! Seems more and more people (LE) are taking matters into their own hands, within the law of course.

What does ethnic food have to do with enforcing our immigration laws? Most Americans do not hire illegal aliens to do their domestic chores either. So much for your implication that they do.

Yes, American English speakers are being discriminated against on public sector jobs and other jobs to accomodate these millions of illegals who only speak Spanish. Do you think that is a good thing?

No, most adult Americans are not sitting on the couch playing video game they are working or at least they were till the economy took a dump. Nice stereotyping there.

ICE and or law enforcement has the right to search a home when there is evidence that illegal aliens are living there.

They're too busy arresting pot smokers.
