Yes because as long as the federal government pushes the debt ceiling up a few more trillion and doles out money like it's going out of style, the counties and cities will clamour for this money.

There's big money in illegals. Not only are they ultra cheap labor that benefit the greedy class, they are big money as far as food stamps, Medicaid, grant money and so on. Follow the money.
