So if your not wanting amnesty because they are"A bunch of criminals" it kinda make amnesty a hollow point.
Well, I'm not for forgiving a bunch of law breakers either. Especially if it means even a bigger burden on my wallet.

Actuly that was a hurt to the economy. Even Reagan said that was the dumbest thing he ever did.

What does infringing on a company's right to conduct legal business have to do with Undocumented Aliens in this country?

Call it whatever you want. But if you want to sell your product here, then it should be made here. BTW, Do you realize how many of these shipped in loads of mexican product are also carrying illegals into the Country? it's over 15 percent!!!

people have to remember that at different times in history we have had labor shortages, but policies have to change with the times. the same policy may not always work throughout history, and what he did was a generation ago. i am sure that reagan was smart enough to adapt to the times, which current legislators do not seem to be able to do.

right now, we have a surplus labor situation, with rising unemployment even with government intervention, and it is impacting wages and jobs for americans. that is a fact!

We cannot regulate our wage levels with the current influx of illegal labor. Though it is labor jobs it's had a tremendous impact on what used to be pretty good paying jobs. When I grew up we mowed lawns and trimmed people's trees for spending money. Now that has become a career for Illegals. Hanging sheetrock used to be a pretty good paying job too but who wants to sling sheetrock for 8 bucks an hour? Get rid of that illegal labor and the wage level will rise again.

At this rate Unions will be on the rise just to combat the invasion.

i actually don't see that since most unions have been strongly pro illegal. look at the AFL/CIO. they have let the american workers down in favor of new recruits and more money for themselves.

I agree, yet unions are beginning to listen to their workers and I believe a reversion will be/is beginning. Too many out of workers who have paid their dues year after year are speaking, angrily so. Being from the North where unions are prevalent, I am hearing of such talk. No expert on unions, just layman chat from workers I know.

It is proven that after Reagan granted amnesty, more and more illegals came to this country so they could beneift from the next round of amnesty. So, the more times you grant amnesty, the more times they will run in for the next round of amnesty, or " for the thank you for breaking our laws lottery". I think that a lot of pro amnesty, pro illegal immigration individuals, forget that those who come in this country illegally, forgo our health and human services screening and pose a serious threat to the health and well being of legal citizens in this country, not to mention the other problems. If they came into this country illegaly, then their is most likely a really good reason why they can't do so legally like others have. If government is serious about fixing the economy, getting legal Americans back to work, putting our country back on the track to greatness for our children, their children, and their children, then they need to deport those who came into this country illegally, so legal Americans can have the jobs taken by the illegal aliens who can then pay taxes to solve those problems. Who ever says that we can't deport all 20 million plus illegal aliens in this country, are those who do not know what it is to live by the core values of a Marine, Honor, Courage, and Commitment. They want people to think on the lines of turning on a magnet and sucking out the 20 plus illegals in one single instant. However, if they are deported as they are unearthed and have legal Americans fill those jobs, then it is very possible and it needs to be done.

All they need to do is start and many will run on their own thus knowing amnesty is no longer the dream for them to keep pining for.

I find those hanger ons so ignorant to our nation and the American people.
