5 million illegals purchased homes before 2006 will illegal information documents. Most went up in flames shortly after when the market crashed. How many of the 5 million that illegally purchased homes would be able to afford it now without false documents and bogus numbers?
Probably a handful otherwise they wouldn't have lost their home the first time around.
Are you a really a liberal? You seem to go a little over the top in advertising it. What's that gimmick all about?
Why does it matter whenAmnesty is the answer to the recession is the topic.
It has been and is still being proven that amnesty will be detrimental to this country (read threads already posted). Deportation, forced and self is the sensible and only answer.

Can you quote your sources, I think this is bogus.....
Our economy continues struggling like never before since the great depression. A great jump start would be by increasing the local production, and increase home sales, both of which would increase significantly by bringing these millions of hard workes into the mainstream economy, they are going to stay here anyway.......
Have you actually looked up the word "recession"? Right, people are out of work. And you suggest legalizing those who take the jobs away from Americans. Great idea.

Amnesty and Joblessness. Unemployed Americans Shouldn't have to compete for jobs with illegal aliens.
Today, more than 15.4 million Americans are without a job and are actively looking for work. At the same time, estimates conclude that 8.3 million illegal aliens are part of America’s workforcedespite their employment being a violation of U.S. law.
The American job market today, compared to June 2007 when Congress last considered and rejected amnesty, is much, much worse. The official unemployment rate has increased from 4.6 percent to 10.0 percent. The number of unemployed has more than doubled, rising by 8.5 million.
Coincidence? I don't think so.

Newsflash: This is the greatest nation in the history of mankind. We can not only have the cream of the crop from other nations; we can ask them to wait in line, obey our laws, and prove themselves -- and the ones worth having will do it because this is the place people all over the world dream of coming one day. American citizenship is a precious thing and it shouldn't be given to people whose first act upon American soil was to violate our laws.

Why doesn't the Mexican government want them back then?
You'd think they'd be seen as a positive back home and they'd encourage them to come back.
Illegals are about lowering the wages of the USA and that is not a good thing at all. Not just about lowering them but about no job benefits, and lowering wages to less than what a family can live on.
There's a reason so many illegals get food stamps and the only meals their children get are given in the schools. Sure they're more than happy to come and work for less than minimum wages, work for no insurance benefits, but they would never make it if they had to pay their own way, pay their doctor and hospital bills or cram 4 or 5 families into one home or apartment.

I understand that for some people it is inconvenient to compete with migrant workers, but we need to compete with the rest of the world, because, so far, in view of how demanding our workforce is, the manufacturing jobs have gone overseas, at this moment the only alternative is given by the migrant workers, in another subject, it is well established that the migrant workers substantially under-utilize our social services.
