Hmmm. I can go along with and absolutely support securing our borders. Not as difficult as some would have us believe.
Changing our immigration laws I support also. However not as you suggest. Our laws should reflect what the country needs. In other words we do not need under educated, or low skill immigrants. We produce in abundance plenty of people who meet that criteria.
I agree with doing away with birthright citizenship. It only serves as a carrot to draw illegals to our country.
Educated people who wish to come here generally have a working command of English, those that don't waste no time developing it.
We should end the wet foot dry foot policy in regards to Cuba.
In short we need to raise our minimum standards of who we allow to immigrate to the USA.
