I am still waiting for a pro-illegal to offer a cogent argument for this ridiculous notion of illegals being placed at the back of the line. Apparently, they can’t.
I wonder if the "back of the line" includes paying back taxes since arrival here illegally, and if it includes reimbursement for any services used such as hospitals and schools.
Should I hold my breath?

No, if you do you will surely die.
They are absolved of all misdeeds. They certainly won’t pay for any of their fraudulently obtained services. Nor will there be any punishment for their illegal employers.
The “back tax” provision is laughable. They have only to “affirm” no tax liability and they will not be required to pay. Of course we all know they are oozing honesty and integrity. The 3 who will admit to owing taxes, will only be responsible for the past 2 or 3 years. How many citizens who failed to pay taxes for the past 10, 15, 20 years do you think the IRS would offer such a cushy deal?
WTF? Stop drinking the KoolAid.... Also the current laws clearly are not reflective of the needs of the people. Shouldn't laws reflect how our nation is changing? How the paradigm of immigration has shifted?
The question begs. The needs of which people? The needs of the illegals who deliberately violated our laws or the needs of the applicants who are playing by the rules? Millions of honest hard working people are waiting in line. Actions speak louder than words. The actions of the illegals are loud and clear. Our laws are an inconvenience that they chose to side step.
The actions of the legal applicants are equally loud and clear. They respect this nation enough to obey our laws begining to end.
Are we talking the needs of this nation? Does this nation need 10 million plus immigrants who have no respect for our rights, our laws or the legal citizens who are already here?
I agree our laws do not reflect our needs. They impose a standard that is too low. They impose a waiting period on good people that is unacceptable. They impose redundant paper work that serves no valid purpose.
Worse still we do not enforce our laws consistantly enough. No illegal should be granted a free pass. Quite simply they have not earned a free pass nor an amnesty. Back of the line should mean just that. Return to nation of origin and apply, pay the fees and wait their turn.

The only people whose needs are not reflected in our current laws are illegal aliens. Citizens, and legal immigrants have no need for new laws. Laws are passed to reflect the needs of the country, not as a convenience to illegal aliens.
La Raza will never accept their people being placed at the back of the line behind those who chose to abide by the laws of this country. They will demand they be moved to the front of the line and given all the benefits of citizenship, although citizenship itself means nothing much to them. It's the money and the government handouts, access to every program, every government benefit such as social security checks for their retirement, EITC, jobless programs and unemployment benefits that they want.
No illegal working off the books will end up paying back taxes like social security. The anger at having illegals not given instant rights over other immigrants will keep this held up. They also expect to have that family reunification quickly so that the illegals can immediately start bringing in their long lost relatives.

The longer that Obama keeps pushing amnesty further and further back; the odds are growing that there will be mass deportations.

The list of entitlements of those that come here Illegally is endless isn't it. We ask them to come legally, get in a line and wait their turn. We have a process, all we ask is that they follow it.
The United States wasn't created to sustain the whims of every person in the World. That's why it's called "United" and not ala carte.
