There is an equally serious issue, and a threat to this country, with legal immigrants and legal immigrant employers.
Recently, at a long-term care facility where I work, with a legal immigrant
Director of Nurses, with a lop-sided number of legal immigrants, a young, 19 year old immigrant from SE Asia was brought over to work at our facility.
Just graduated from a CNA class, only 3 months in the country. There are any number of applicants by natives/Americans, all swept aside to make way for this newly arrived legal immigrant.
3 months ago, sweeping aside any number of other applicants, this legal immigrant Nursing Director hired an 18 YO son of another legal immigrant working at our facility.
The Natives were aghast until I explained to them in their own countries, nepotism runs amuck.
More and more I see the legal immigrants as much as a threat to our country as illegals.
