Arizona immigration law: Furor continues to grow

Anti-mmigration?

I'm sure that was a typo. You meant anti-illegal immigration, right?

Surely you know the difference between someone who emigrates to this country in concordance with its laws and regulations versus someone who comes to this country in blatant and direct violation of sovereign law, right? I mean, I would bet that you aren't that thick.

I was listening to some talk radio this morning on the drive in.

they played an ABC news report of a Tea Party rally. It was all about mean and nasty these people were. (no arrests were reported)

then the host played an ABC report from the protests related to the AZ thing. Reporter said the riot police were called out, that a number of people were arrested BUT IT WAS MOSTLY PEACEFUL!

LOL! it boggles the mind that these people cannot see their own hypocrisy.

I don't condone that, but its hardly violent.

YouTube - Phoenix Police Attacked by Illegal Alien Protesters

Here is one of the videos.

There is also a huge rally planned in downtown Dallas this weekend, and I have to work part of the morning in the area.

That's disgusting. ABS has lost its credibility long time ago.
And the left keeps bashing Fox News.

By the way a local talk radio here just switched from ABC to Fox as a news reporter.

Hum, I wonder what the guy wearing the "Because I can" shirt did, to be arrested, and get the crowd worked up.

He was yelling for the illegals to go back to their country. And from my understanding, he was not being arrested, simply "detained for his safety" which would have been illegal to obtain him if he was hispanic because that would be profiling....

Yeah, those cops sure looked like they were taking it easy on him.

Let me ask you this,

If there are black people, doing a civil rights rally, and some guy yells a racial slur at them, how do you think they would react?

I am sure liberals are standing by waiting to denounce the hostile and violent actions of these protestors....
Thank you for telling it as it really is, and understanding clearly what is really going on, and intelligent answer. Things are not always as they Seem, remember that.

I don't know. I am not black and do not use racial slurs. How is that relevant to this situation where illegals and illegal supporters are throwing objects at police? Regardless of what the man said or didn't say, where do the illegals/illegal supporters get the right to attack police? And of course, the mainstream media keeps touting that the protests are "mostly peaceful". Meanwhile, the tea parties have not produced any violence, but we are constantly reminded by liberal media that it "could" happen.

If he yelled something like "beaners go home", that would be a racial slur, that would excite the crowd into violence.
