You do realize that amnesty has been given before? Twice, IIRC. Why hasn't Roe v. Wade been already repealed? What are they waiting for?

Er, so what do you guys do if you want to enter a government buildingk, like a courthouse, if you don't have photo ID?
You may need ID to enter a particular building or venue, but that's not what you said before. I'm not required to have or produce identification just because a police officer wants me to.

No police officer can stop me while I'm walking down the street and make me prove who I am.

Yes they can. And it's even worse in the Socialist paradise of Canada, police have much more powers there than they do here.

You mean you didn't agree with Ted Kennedy? Whoops he is no longer in government just as George Bush isn't for a different reason. Yep Teddy and Juan McCain wrote the amnesty bill that the Senate passed in 2006. I wonder how many of those Dems that voted for it were really liberals like Teddy. Oh all 44 of them voted for that bill with 33 Republicans. The House had already voted against any kind of amnesty and refused to bring up the Senate bill. It woudn't work that way today, though, would it?

The immigration laws haven't been enforced, except for some halfhearted jerks and starts in over 25 years. I guess passing another one would be a waste of time, also.

What state and under what law. Canada doesn't matter. They have their own laws.

The funniest part of this whole situation is the way libs have used knee jerk reasoning about it. San Francisco was going to boycott Arizona but the governor mentioned the fact that Arizona houses over 2000 convicts for California and they might get mad and send them back.. That means that California has to build new prisons and that would take money that they don't have a lot of.

As time goes by more and more liberal thinkers are seeing what Arizona was trying to do. The knee jerk has to settle down a bit to see what is going on.

Where were you for 8 years when he was advocating immigrant rights? All of a sudden the false rage over Obama. The right still blames and obsesses over Clinton so you can stop with the once they leave office we must not talk about them anymore bs.
