Look at the first video. My father looks like the BC with the exception of accent. I know people who look like "Mex" and are citizens of this country. I also have a male cousin who would fit the "Mex" description, was born here in the US, raised in Mexico and returned as an adult.

The only thing that is very telling of both characters is social class. Other than that, they could both be citizens of the US.
A few who can't speak Englsh and act like "Mex" could be anchor baby born - but not likely unless the parents did everything they could to prevent the child from learning English. And if that child grows up and can only sell oranges on the street, yes, he may be confused with an illegal, but no anchor baby with US citizenship would sell oranges on street corners.

It would still be the kind of jobs, because like the open borders crowd always points out, illegals only come to do the low paying hard work jobs that no American would ever do.

So we can profile by the kind of work someone is doing. The open borders crowd shouldn't object to live-in maids, landscapers, roofers, farm workers, dry wall installers and so on being asked -- because they have always been quick to point out that Americans would never do these jobs.

What's weird is that people can often tell if someone is Canadian and it's not considered racist to be able to detect when someone is from Canada. Yet some insist that there is absolutely no difference between long-time American hispanics, families in the USA for many many generations and those who just crossed over the border. That's silly but it's stereotypical.

In fact fully assimilated hispanics appear to be like other Americans. They talk and act the same as Americans and would look out of place in Mexico or Guatemala until they spent enough time there to assimilate.

Also the pro-open borders types can't have it both ways. On one hand they like to pretend it's inhumane to send a child brought here at a very young age and which may have partially assimilated into US culture and speaks the language maybe even better than his first language. They'll insist that child could never adapt to life in Mexico (obviously drama queens) but now they're claiming the exact opposite, claiming that even 5th or 6th generation hispanics act and look exactly like illegals who arrived here 5 minutes ago.

In reality someone who is from Mexico or grew up with parents from Mexico is not going to have a terrible time fitting into life in Mexico if they should return to Mexico. Someone who grew up in a culturally American family, learning English as his first language could have trouble fitting into life in Mexico -- completely independent of "race" or ethnicity. And anyone who waves the flag of Mexico here should be at least a little sincere and not suddenly act like Mexico is some kind of hell on earth. That's actually pretty hard to stomach -- watching those people pretend to care about Mexico, strutting around with it's flag, shoving the flag in everyone's faces but then doing a complete 180 when someone suggests sending the there. They are the ones that paint the very worst picture of Mexico, comparing it to a Nazi concentration camp and making ridiculous claims of how horrible it is.

Default Profiling is a Red Herring...

...and is just another distraction by those Oba-maniacs who wh*re for the vote potential of illegals. Make no mistake about it, Little Georgie-boy before him and The Prodigal Prez before him did the same. This President though, by standing and saying it's a bad idea and let the federal government fix it when EVERYBODY KNOWS its the federal government that has absolved itself of it's primary responsibility to establish and maintain our borders and WON'T fix the problem puts Obama squarely in the center ring of this circus for all to see. The Emperor, indeed...has no clothes! And the vision of Arizona ex-Governor and DHS Oba-lackey Janitor Napolitano, acting as ex officio Oba-attack dog and criticizing her replacement is the epitome of hypocrisy yet again...on display for all to see.

The Oba-agenda of enlisting enough illegals to turn the tide of dissatisfaction before November and effect those elections is obvious and further insults the collective intelligence of the public. Obama has yet to learn that old truth that you can't fool all of the people all of the time. He will learn though, he will. There is no defense against the truth and the public sees the truth despite the liberal and progressive leftist chanting on this and other venues.

The hypocrisy of those clamoring against this action by Arizona is laughable. These same morons, if they were robbed or assaulted would scream for the police and when they arrived would start 'profiling' the 'alleged perpetrator' of the act. It was a he or she; white or black or oriental or whatever; short or tall; dressed how and it simply goes on. That's profiling and necessary. The lefties, devoted anarchists that they are, would scream for their willing collaborators The American Criminal Lawyers Union and it would be impossible for the police to function with any efficiency. As the left always does they've have sold the bill of goods that profiling is the equivalent of racism, their almost copyrighted agenda for demonizing those with whom they disagree. There is no room in the "big tent" of hypocrisy for any divergence of opinion. Lets not be distracted by this phony issue. This Arizona law does NOTHING to restrict or limit anyone's right to sue for "harassment", if such can be legally established.

This societal predisposition of bending over backwards to accomodate the agenda of the anarchists among us, if allowed to continue to fester and grow, will be the death of this constitutional republic.
