WRONG!!

You don't see the hispanic people of Miami ever make a single complaint about the rounding up of Haitians when their rickety boats land in Miami.

It's somehow perfectly fine when racial profiling is done when it's about collecting Haitians and returning them home.

Sure some hispanic RACISTS might object if it's illegal hispanics being returned home but they never ever fuss about returning Haitians home.

Be real, if they cared about them, they would try to get them to come back home.
The issue to them is legal or illegal, its the whole stop someone who looks illegal thing aka stop brown people.

Fleabag Mexico? r u serious? With responses like yours it is clear that I wont respond to your posts again.
Yes -- by having children they access every kind of welfare handout that exists.

People cannot claim that illegals don't take welfare because they most certainly do, and why else would they be having far more children than anyone else when they can't afford them on their ultra low wages?

Don't worry -- RICH Mexicans won't be stopped and even if they are stopped, they have passports.

My point is no rich Mexican is going to really boycott Arizona because they really really care about the poor people who escape Mexico. They really don't love the illegals enough to miss a shopping trip over them.

The only thing that might bother them is if the illegals were to return to their country but there isn't much chance of that -- the illegals will head to California.

The Arizona law will never pass in California esp after a somewhat similar proposition was overturned by a lower California court in 1994. Republicans lost whatever was left of the Hispanic vote & will stay clear of introducing anything like what Arizona passed. Also there have been calls for boycotts of Arizona [ie. San Francisco city council] and the Catholic archbishop of Los Angeles referred to the Arizona law as "Nazi and Communist" tactics. If a boycott does take hold than Arizona will likely regret passing the law but it will probably ruled unconstitutional anyway.

That dirty rat Calderon is upset Arizona will no longer take his worst:

Mexican President Felipe Calderon said April 26 that his country’s citizens are “angered and saddened†by the Arizona law, which he said “doesn’t adequately guarantee respect for people’s fundamental rights.â€

Why don't you clean up your own country Felipe then we wouldn't have to support your teeming masses. Why don't you practice what you preach Felipe???

No, that is not why.

They are citizens because they are born in the US.

All illegals are entitled to anything that you're entitled to get, because of the 14th Amendment.

There is no perversion of the 14th Amendment. It says "persons" and a person is anyone, illegal or not, and all persons are entitle to "equal treatment under the law." That means the children of illegals can attend public schools whether they're citizens or not, or illegal or not, or they pay taxes or not.

The best thing that could happen is to amend the 14th Amendment to say "citizens" only throughout the entire amendment, then illegals could be legally denied benefits.

You have two options:

1) File a Writ of Mandamus and force the Border Patrol and Immigration Bureau to do their job, which means re-imbursing the state; or

2) Start charging the costs to the passport holder's country. If they are Mexicans, Hondurans, Guatemaleans or whatever, make them pay, and if they don't start seizing aircraft, ships and cargo entering the US from those countries as payment.

That is fine California. If you're willing to boycott anything Arizona, than you're willing to take on the thousands of illegal immigrants that may likely flood your state once they flee from Arizona from "fear" of getting caught here. Being complacent on the illegal immigration issue will cost you more than it will cost Arizona. California should be ashamed as you are turning a blind eye to the issues that you also face as a border state: drug smuggling, human smuggling, crime, murder. We won't be complacent waiting for the Federal Government to continue to do nothing to help at the border (or even enforce its own laws) when we've made numerous pleas for help that have been left unanswered.

No, not all illegals but their anchor babies that were born here and ARE considered citizens because of the ridiculous amendment to the Constitution.
