Yeap, but in any society, there will always be those who cannot make it to earn that doctorate in poetry.
Even if we could fill ALLL high tech positions in this country with educated Americans, we would still have a surplus who either a) only received or barely received high school educations, or b) chose to study something in college that does not lead to a professional career choice.
Plus there's always teenagers, who USED to be the ones working a McDonalds. Not 45 year old immigrants.
Yeah. I remember when you could even understand the cashier when ordering at a FF joint. Those were the days.

What is funny is that it took where a federal audit, to lead to the firing of 300 workers. Not the market, not the state, not the local government. The company has I-9 forms and E-Verify to check employees' eligibility and still a large percentage of their employees were illegal.
Seriously? That's amazing. I guess the people who want the jobs of the so called illegals have the same education level. That's not good.
There are plenty of people without high school diplomas or college degrees that would be happy for such an opportunity. There are millions of people whose skill level would fit the position.
Signing some petition or joining a website won't curb illegal immigration. Repeal NAFTA
Shows the intelligence of a few.... NAFTA has absolutely nothing to do with illegal trespass into the USA. It has to do with products produced in the nations of North America and traded freely among Mexico, USA and Canada.
Where is the rest of the story? The 300 illegals that were fired were criminals.
Did the federal government do their job?
Were these criminals arrested and are they currently serving time for violation of immigration law?
Were they deported?
Were they arrested for fraud or identity theft for using fradulant documents?
Or once again did ICE just ignore the criminal element and let them go?
