I have the right to speak about the movie if I like. It'd be different if I was talking about something that had nothing to do with the movie. If it doesn't bother me, and I'm able to listen to other people talk, talk myself, and still follow the movie, why can't everyone else?

Perhaps they're too lazy...
Yeah, and the movie theater is private property and has the right to throw you out for doing so. Looks like a win-win situation, you both got to exercise your rights.
I didn't disrupt anything--until the usher came to put me out. I was simply talking, they should have the mental acuity to accept multiple inputs at once.
It didn't matter what time of day it was (between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m.), if I'm walking casually down the street, that isn't suspicious behavior.
Running? Loitering? Talking with other people? Sneaking down darkened roads and alleys? All that is. Walking down the sidewalk on a well-lighted road is in no way suspicious.
But I've been stopped for it. And it seemed like they needed five or six guys to question me.
Even in my small town a cop is likely to stop and question someone who's walking down that street between 2 and 4 AM. Most people are in bed, or at least at home, during those hours. They don't know you just got off work unless they ask. Five or six guys to question you? Maybe they didn't know whether you might have a weapon or something.

Five times in the course of two weeks., probably more like 10 days, but I can't be certain about that. It's not suspicious. What if you had insomnia, and decided to go out for a walk in the fresh air. No one else around, so you're pretty secure about going out in public, no crowds.
