Lindsey Graham has never stated he favors amnesty. This notion of "amnesty" is just another far right boogeyman.

Saw that too. Didn't think I'd make threads about that being that they're both fairly irrelevant today. But all of these opponents like Graham and Rubio really tells me the far right has hijacked AZ politics.

It is not as unconstitutional as a DUI checkpoint where you are stopped for absolutely no probable cause whatsoever and are asked to provide your paperwork so they can run it. Where is the outrage for this unconstitutional practice?

In DUI checkpoints you aren't detained unless there is clear and probably cause. I deliver pizza late at night and go through them all the time. As long as I don't appear drunk or high and have my license it takes no more than 5 minutes.

Reid had wanted to push a bipartisan bill authored by Sens. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., and Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., that would beef up border security, require biometric identity cards for employment and create a path to citizenship for about 11 million illegal immigrants.

Lindsay Graham of SC has so many poultry processors (who survive on having an illegal immigrant labor force) lining his pocket with cash what else do you expect him to say?

Would you mind a DUI checkpoint that only pulled over whites or blacks?
