Arizona is doing what it must do because the federal government has had 15 years to do something about the borders. They have done nothing under clinton, bush and now Obama because washington wants to legalize VOTES in the form of amensty in the future. Democrats see minority votes and continued voter majority to win seats and nothing more. Republicans just dont want to legalize the illegals because we all know they will for the majority vote democrat.

Arizona has taken its state right to find a solution to the problem and turn over people they find "questionable" to the FEDS.
If the cops pull someone over for speeding they have no drivers licence and documents I think it might be safe to say they might be here illegally. If they arrest someone in the case of drugs and the person has no id cant they ask the FEDS to find out who this person is.
The is reasonable suspecison cause which is used in all law enforcement to detirmed possible law breakers. Cops use this judgement because we trust them too if they do not use good judgement they should be removed from the line of duty.
Will it be abused YES and SOME cops will not use good judgement. If the federal government would DO ITS JOB we wouldnt have to ask the local and state cops to police this. Then again what would be the solution from a federal level they would probably do the same thing or as local and state police to assist them. For everyone in congress this a wake up call and to those who oppose AZ call your congress and tell them to secure the borders and have the federal government crack down on ilegal immgration. Some cops will pull over people and ask for documents I think that is reasonable if you have them. Is there a reason you wouldnt have your documents on you if your driving. If a cop is called out to a house for domestic violance and nobody has proof of ID shouldnt the COP figure out WHO YOU ARE!!

In mexico you can not enter the country without ID and if you have no passport while in their country they put in you JAIL. That is why they dont have illegal immgrantion problems in mexico they actually secure their borders and their country. Shouldnt we be fair to those who are coming LEGALLY, we are rewarding those who break the law.
