There is absolutely NO truth that there were 15,000 officers trained to deal with illegal's. Look at where the OP gets his information, the KOS..! They only reason one would read past that is if they enjoy humor.

A headline like that should be enough of a clue to know that the entire story is not being told. Yes, i'm shooting the messenger, because the messenger has a clear and conspicuous agenda.

From the cited article - "The measure takes effect 90 days after the state Legislature adjourns. With adjournment perhaps a week away, Mann says he may have to develop a curriculum and train all of the state's 15,000 police, sheriff's deputies, highway patrol officers and investigators by Aug. 1."

I don't see any mention of NEW officers.

in obama talk it counts as new jobs plus another 15000 saved cause of the training. total 30000 jobs
