PIMA County detains twice as many illegals as Sherriff Joe, they have been and will continue to turn them over to the Border Patrol. He just refuses to violate the IVth Amendment

I believe Dupnik is 74 years old and has been elected to his post since 1980. At this point he probably does not give a rats a** and it shows. Will he run for re-election? I doubt it.

How about publicly saying, "We've got better things to do."?

Tyrell?

What punishment? Having a cop ask for your lic and regii isn't any punishment.

Who ever Tyrell is would have to present his lic and regii too, as you would and I would and yer great gannie would white, black, red, green orange, yellow, blue, and teal....

English, French, Canadian, East and West Indians, Africans, Mexicans, Scotts, Irish, Geram, Russian, Chinese, and I hope you get the drift.

Since the USA won it's INDEPENDANCE it has been a sovereign nation.

When the day anyone can walk over the border here, with no papers, it means there is no use of mans silly boarders.

I can't help man is what he is. But I am smart enough, just barely maybe, to know borders exist.

When they don't exist anymore, I plan to ride my motorcycle up to Canada, not bothering to stop at the border, with my colt .45 acp gun, and get a real La Batts beer or 3. I am hoping these beers will be paid for by Canadians too

But he would not be asked for proof that he is indeed a citizen. I would not be asked for proof. Only those who look Hispanic would be asked to prove that they are actually citizens. Your license and registration isn't proof enough--until we start denying foreigners the ability to get any sort of ID issued here in the US, including driver's licenses.

Default Tucson Police Officer Files Suit

"The lawsuit from 15-year Tucson police veteran Martin Escobar is one of two filed Thursday, less than a week after Republican Gov. Jan Brewer signed the law that's sparked fears it will lead to racial profiling despite the governor's vow that officers will be properly trained."

Pretty much. The aforementioned Chinese and Indian programmers, for example.
