I am still laughing at Mexico's moron of a president, warning citizens it is not "safe" to travel to Arizona. If a person is legally travelling to Arizona, they have a better chance of being murdered IN MEXICO by drug gangs than they do getting arrested and detained in Arizona.

It appears much of the drugs in Mexico are being used by Felipe because his brain would have to be fried to make such a moronic statement with a straight face!

Money transfers from illegals to Mexico comprise that country's second largest source of foreign income, next to oil. That is Calderon's concern, and his only concern. He couldn't care less for the safety of his citizens much less whether they will be inconvenienced by AZ cops.

Here's a kick - let's look at Mexico's immigration laws;

Oh My...Take A Look At Mexico's Immigration Laws

Quote:
* Foreigners may be barred from the country if their presence upsets "the equilibrium of the national demographics,"
What? Doesn't this sound a bit racist?

Quote:
Foreigners with fake papers, or who enter the country under false pretenses, may be imprisoned:

* Foreigners with fake immigration papers may be fined or imprisoned. (Article 116)
Something smells really bad in the hypocrisy department.

Mexico's President Criticizes Arizona's New Immigration Law | Americas | English

The gonads on this bastard. Clean up your own country and make it liveable for the Mexican people instead of the insane disparity that is prevalent between the rich and poor there!

Remind me again, why we should give two hoots what some high official in a foreign country thinks of our internal laws?

LMFAO. This is exactly what sprang to my mind when I saw this thread. Mexicos president critical of AZ's immigration law. Yea, I'm soooo impressed with his opinion. Just about as impressed as I am with the opinion of the left wing hand wringers crying about 'racism' and the 'poor opressed hispanics'. All that is needed is proof that you are a citizen, or are in this country LEGALLY and you have nothing to worry about. I could be stopped on the street in ANY other country and asked to show my passport. Got an issue with having to do so, stay home. I am sick and tired of all the whining and crying about 'papers'. Like this is comparable to the former Soviet Union. A country, I might add, that has been touted as a shining example of perfect order and one we should emulate, by the far left, the very ones who are crying the most about the new AZ law. The latter idiots get the STHU award for the year.
