Good..the more the merrier. The illegals will have nowhere to go but those states that embrace undocumented workers.

AZ's example could catch fire, and I suspect a lot of pro-immigration groups are aware of it and trying very hard to make as loud a fuss as possible to derail further bills.

Check out this blog post Cornell Law School professor.Le·gal In·sur·rec·tion: Do NOT Read This Supreme Court Decision

He states AZ has very carefully followed precedent already set by SCOTUS.

I read elsewhere, and I will try to find the link, that AZ has won every illegal immigration bill its passed.

It will be interesting to watch how this administration handles this one.

Texas
Utah
Colorado
Georgia
and now South Carolina.

It's good to know we're finally doing what the Feds should have done a LONG time ago.

Our Gov said this type of law would not work here in Texas. He has been asking for more federal help for some time now along the border. Guess, we'll see soon enough.....

More and more states will step up when they see how Arizona's school costs, emergency room costs, adn other social services costs go down as the illegals move to other states where the pickings are easier.

I suspect Obama is very aware of the huge political hit GWB took on that.

Obama has already polarized the country on the health care bill, IMO he doesn't have the political capitol and Congress doesn't have the political will to touch the immigration issue.
