100% correct.

Each and every one of them should have been forced to show proof they are US citizens.

He is an example of why I will never vote for a hispanic. Every one of them seem to represent the best interest of foreign citizens instead of Americans.

We need to deport the anti American idiot.

Since he hates America and our laws so bad why dont he leave?

Agreed! Someone should corner his merican hating butt and ask what his opinions are of Mexico's immigration laws. I am sick of the people we vote into office that do anything they can to make our lives harder yet easier for illegal immigrants.

I always hear Mexico's immigration laws being mentioned. People often say, "well let's try their immigration laws!". Those are the same exact people that think Mexico is a hypocritical backwards country. Why would you want to adopt hypocritical backwards laws

It's a god awful argument. There are countries with laws even worse than Mexico's. So I guess they're saying we can't change our country until we get to that point.

Gotta give this man credit, he really supports non-citizens.
And with this act, he has secured his office for many years due to the gerrymandering of his distract.
It's a shame he cannot stand for legal American citizens or legal Hispanics.

Here in Chicago we had a rally of about 1,000 - nowhere near as big as LA. America is a wonderful country where IA's can protest, call a political party racist, and demand change without getting arrested. We appreciate how amazing our country is and follow its laws....why can't they?

And now he should be fired!!

why would anyone advocate for breaking the law?
we have immigration law, if you dont like it change it but dont break the law and encourage others to do so.
why should mexican people have more rights to immigrate that other more qualified people.
obey the law. stop crashing the party.

If one breaks a law there should never be a free pass.
That is not justice, not equal, and spits on those that follow proper procedure to emigrate here.

Remember when there were those that longed to become an American (U.S. Citizen) and learned how too with enthusism?

Loyalty to another nation first has no place here.
NOwadays it is all too common even in many that have come here legally.

It's a "what can I get" situation and that does this country no good at all.

Funny: would you say that same thing about any of the First World nations? Outside of the USA and Canada: NO affluent society has birthright citizenship anymore for starters. Ireland did away with theirs about 10 years ago.

And yet those on the left use the same argument when they want a law passed like the UHC bill. Well even Cuba has free heathcare....
So does China, so did the USSR.
So its only a lame argument when your side uses it?
