How could it be anything but? These aren't educated people snaking across the border to birth here. It's the bottom of the barrel we are getting.

This is called the dumbing down of America,unlike 401 B visa holders who overstay we are getting Latin America's stupidest.It's not Mexico's finest we're getting it's usually their illiterate,uneducated peasants,who have yet to figure out that having even more uneducated kids is not the pathway to success.Unfortunately it's the stupidest that breed like rabbits and perpetuate the problem.What's shocking with this study is the education levels of the 3rd and 4th generation,unlike Asians who generallt do far better.
