imo, it's a waste of time to call the mexident. he hasn't listened to anything that common american citizens have had to say since he was selected to office. He has his own agenda and will never listen to common sense. best bet is to call the senators and representatives. at least they have to be concerned about re-election.

Ah, thank you for clarifying. It's okay then to copy and paste copyrighted material so long as it's formatted as a link. You see, where I got confused was in that it doesn't say that in the Terms of Service. It says 'Do not post copyrighted material.' No exceptions are listed. But thank you, Alberto Gonzales, for pointing out yet another law that actually means what it doesn't say...

That seems a bit harsh. After all, and as was pointed out, the copyrighted text itself was formatted as a link to the original site. And it wasn't an entire article. Maybe enough to wander into a fair-use gray area, but still a small portion from a larger work, the bulk of which itself was a quote from a third site.
