Tactical-Life.com Studies show decrease in Arizona crime rates over time.

They passed that law, because of knee-jerk reactionaries and the need/want to profile. If you're not like us, you're worse than us, is the mentality. And let's blame anyone who's not us, for our woes and misfortune. Someone else used the same talking points....let's see, who was it.

However, attempting to say that illegal immigration will affect a majority of Americans employment wise with the majority of illegal immigrants is simply ludicrous. Unless your employment field is within the construction-manual labor to the under $10/hr sector your employment prospects are not in danger.

With the laws and regulations already on the books and if enforced those sectors as well would be protected.
A friend of mine applied for a position with Discover Card. He took the 1 hour assessment online and didn't qualify for a position by 1 point. He was asked if he was of Latino heritage. He said no. He was then told that if he was, there would have been some leeway (7 points I believe) and he would've passed the assessment.

I just read a sign that one illegal carried in the May 5 parade about how America owes them all the things that citizens have and in a different color said that they would begin killing policemen if they didn't get what we owe them.
That sign was faked, photoshopped and sent out to the gullible.

Understand something.....Americans will do just about any job right now!
So 10 mil. illegals gone will damn well free up jobs for Americans.

Go back to bed

I was just wondering how many of them aren't criminals the minute they step over that border without permission.
Thank you you just answered your own question. Too bad too many others don't see the truth of this reality. The minute they step over our Borders, without permission, that is criminal enough for me. Are too many dense to see this. Illegal is exactly that, illegal, try this is any other Country but the U.S. and tell me what happens to you.

Here in Arizona (especially in the rural counties) many people would LOVE to have a $10 an hour job in this brutal recession. Read that we have no need for illegal aliens to do anything except LEAVE the USA.

There are always wackos and those who feel entitled, but those aren't the majority nor are they usually the case. Those who engage is violent crime as the stats show are not the norm.
Factoring in ID theft, false SSN's, etc. which are Felonies----------I can safely that 100% of all adult illegal aliens are criminals.

There definitely would be more jobs and less unemployment for American Citizens if the Government would enforce the Laws with regard to Illegals.
First of all 1.) it's called smoothing...your $10/hr in CALIFORNIA is a low number. Compared to the rest of America or what we call REALITY, $10/hr is above the minimum wage. 2.) When you smooth the numbers together, as with supply and demand you have to have a demand for those jobs. 3.) A willing job force to do the jobs at a market competitive job rate, not what you think the market should pay. 4.)American citizens would have to be willing to do those jobs, which they currently aren't...for the same money that the illegals are. Otherwise your suppply/demand attempt fails miserably.

But nice try...less unemployment...too funny.

yeah, right. Those 7 points probably would have been if he would have been able to speak Spanish. Complete balderdash.
