Reality is 12 million people aren't just going to vanish. It's far more advantageous to offer a path to legal residency than it is to waste manpower and untold sums of cash to try and throw them out.

Most of those 12 million people can be forced out of the USA within a matter of months via things like E-Verify, demanding proof of US citizenship prior to issuing benefits like WIC, cancel birthright citizenship, English only for social services, making SB1970 (Arizona's new law) the law across the land, etc.

What I did is a thing called critical thinking, based on the obvious, and used something that proggies don't have the ability to use....it's called logic.
If an Aryan-looking person is stopped for commiting some type of violation of the law, and they're in the country illegally, they are subject to the same demands of the law as a hispanic looking person.
Your assumption that the law will be applied "disproportionately" is a fabrication on your part, with no basis whatsoever in truth. And your claim that I admit to it is also a fabrication.

By what law? ADL uses SSN to establish ID...not citizenship.

I was merely asking questions, which most members refuse to give a straight answer. If you take that as an argument, so be it. By your answer you admit that Aryan looking people in Arizona will not be targeted by this law, hence you admit that this law will be disproportionately applied to Hispanics.
Well, aren't the people who enter this country illegally from the South the ones responsible for even putting people in this position? Instead of being upset at the law, maybe those people who are upset should be mad at the illegal immigrants who have forced this to be an issue.
