FYI, I believe the employer of that meat packing plant was heavily fined. It isn't up to citizens to arrest crooked employers anyway. That is the duty of LE.

Using the illegals as scapegoats for what? You can't spell Republican? So you think they are the only ones opposed to illegal immigration and want our immigration laws enforced? Apartheit? LOL!

You would still complain. In order to arrest and convict that employer of hiring illegals, ICE would have to investigate each and every employee to determine their legal status.

Can anyone tell me the specific part of the law that promotes violating anyones civil rights? No one seems to be able to come up with any part that is unconstitutional. But all of sudden every officer in Arizona, who had nothing to do with creating or passing the law, are now racist nazis targeting hispanics. Since Arizona has a large hispanic population that a good percentage of hispanic officers?

Good to know! So you should have absolutely no problem with the law in that case.

edit: of course, I'm in support of it 100%

Isn't it up to the Government to enforce the Law, everyone wants the Law enforced on the worker but not the one paying him to be here.

Why don't we try it..... If a Meat Packing Plant employs a thousand illegals and you jail 400 of them 400 more will show up. If they are fined and the owner does some jail time all 1000 will be looking for someplace else

At least one Hispanic officer, with the backing of others is suing saying it is profiling

When did anyone defend illegal employers? They all need to be heavily fined, imprisoned, and have their ill-gotten assets seized. The problem is they are pulling the strings. They own Congress.
