SB1070 is a copy/paste of existing Federal law which effectively strengthens local LE in dealing with suspected illegal aliens.

It's a great law because it finally gives AZ, the first of many states to come, the right to determine the legal status of those within it's borders, in the face of a traitorous fed gov's flat out refusal to effectively determine the legal status of those within AZ borders due to a malady known as blatantly kissing hispanic ass for votes.
