This is how we connect the dots. Owners figure out they can import peasant labor from South of the border for a fraction of what our laws allow.

and then if you saw the KPBS special on the towns in Gautemala that were propped up by the remittances sent back you can see how the town is now a ghost town. These workers won't say anything about the conditions because, even then, it's ten fold better than what they left.
