It's the norm among illegal aliens. Why not, since they don’t have to pay for them. And, anyone who objects is demonized as being a mean-spirited racist.

Its really sad those kids sure looked precious. I wonder if the mother had the opportunity to participate in family planning. A good number of these immigrants are from rural areas where large families are the norm.
Remove all the illegal aliens from America and our tax dollars can (whether they would or not is a completely different subject) go to support things that really matter.
