That has not been determined at the Supreme Court level. It will be interesting to see it unfold...one way or the other.

Officer Salgado should resign if he refuses to enforce laws that are passed and constitutional. He is not wearing a badge to enforce laws that only he agrees with. He should not be in uniform.

Since this law mirrors our Federal law which is deemed constitutional, this law will also be found to be constitutional. States have the right to enforce laws protecting our borders when an imputant administration that panders to illegals will not. What would have AZ do? Simply open the border to mayhem?
