You are correct but we could be doing a lot more to secure it than we are doing now. Every little bit helps. A phyical barrier, more BP, more high tech surveillance equip. up to and including the military or NG would go a long ways to improve it immensely.

This is America and We can do ANYTHING

free up the prison system and put them to work it would
be a great start and they might not want to commit any
