More from Americans tired of invading illegal immigration from mexcio.

Quote:
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 13% of Adults think Mexico wants to stop illegal immigration. Sixty-seven percent (67%) say Mexico does not want to stop its citizens from
entering the United States illegally.
Another 20% are not sure.
Mexican President Felipe Calderon in his meeting today with President Obama complained that Arizona’s new immigration law encourages discrimination. But Arizona officials say the new law is needed in part because illegal immigration is causing big public safety and financial problems for the state.
Fifty-eight percent (58%) of Americans think Mexico should be asked to compensate U.S. taxpayers to offset such costs. Twenty-four percent (24%) disagree and say Mexico should not be asked for compensation. Seventeen percent (17%) are not sure.
As the United States wrestles with a future of historic-level deficits, 67% of voters nationwide say illegal immigrants are a significant strain on the U.S. budget.
Most voters (55%) now favor passage of an immigration law like Arizona’s in their own state. When asked specifically about the chief provision of the Arizona law, support is even higher. Sixty-nine percent (69%) believe a police officer should be required to check the immigration status of anyone stopped for a traffic violation or violation of some other law if he suspects the person might be an illegal immigrant.

Of course Mexico doesn’t want to stop illegal immigration, aka their #2 source of revenue. Rather than begging for amnesty for his rejected underclass, he should work to improve his own country. I’m appalled that Calderon was given a platform to spew his criticisms of our country. It’s even more disgusting that members of Congress gave him a standing ovation for his disparaging comments.

Agreed. This country is spiraling quickly although it's defeat will not be met by positive contentions of the American people. Politicians should be very wary of their platforms right about now. And if that doesn't work...well.....

I think it's more like 98.9% of Mexico doesn't want to stop it's citizens from invading our country. And, why do they have so many kids? I know most of them are Catholic, but, good grief, I'm tired of paying for their babies to be born!

Only 67%? It should 100%, because Mexico obviously wants their poor to come here. If Mexico's poor couldn't come here, Mexico would have far more serious social unrest and less remittance money.

Mexico's elite deserve most of the blame , because if they had a equitable society and worked towards justice, Mexicans would not have to risk life and limb coming here.
