We always have traffic in L.A. but looking outside my office window I can see a total log jam on Wilshire Boulevard and it's been this way for hours. The CHP have closed several off/on ramps and the traffic is absolutely disgusting.

Where do they get off thinking they have a right?!

Officer April Harding said police had "sufficient resources" at the scene to maintain order during the demonstration.

Great this is what Villaraigosa and LA deserve.Traffic jams,lost work,police costs.They should do this everyday and then we'll see how much it's appreciated.If LA had Arizona's law in effect this wouldn't happen.GO ILLEGALS!!!It's only a matter of time before this stupidity escalates.To all those affected Thank Villaraigosa and Thank Obama!!!

protestests in front of the federal building in brentwood happen weekly, if not daily.

the bigger ones usually come around a specific issue. Armenians wanting turkey to admit to genocide. Israel bombing palestine (those isr/pal protests are especially fun!).

this is non news. it happens in that area all the time. dont act suprised LG.

and people DO get arrested.
