So the fact that the author has ties to Nazi groups does not bother you one bit?
Obama had ties to anti American hate groups and it did not bother many people.
No matter who wrote anything it had to go through the process of being passed and I am sure those lawmakers who read it did not even know who the author was.
Either way we are a nation of laws and that comes first and foremost.
If they are here illegally they are criminals and are trespassing on our lands and committing a huge amount of crimes on our citizens, bankrupting cities, schools and hospitals.
Time to close he border and see every state adopt the same law and force the feds to find and deport every single illegal in America.

I also have no use for racists on either side of this issue. So no, white racists don't get a pass. Did you actually think the the NCLR would make such statements on their website? It doesn't surprise me that they don't. What makes them racist is advocating for their ethnic brethern in this country illegally, period. That is an agenda that they don't deny.
The National Alliance can't be compared to NCLR at all.
NCLR's within the political mainstream and their concern is basically helping their own communities. You don't have to agree with them but they're not extremist.
The National Alliance is a pure and simple hate group whose exclusive mission is racism. They are shunned by most of the respectable right wing in the US,even by the teabaggers, and they have no interest in helping disadvantaged members of their communities at all, just attacking other communities. The Latino equivalent would be the Nation of Aztlan or La Raza Unida -they even have ties to the Nation of Aztlan out of a common hatred of Jews and gays. (Nation of Aztlan hates Latino Jews and Latino gays as well as non-Latino Jews and non-Latino gays,just as the National Alliance hates Jews regardless of race or ethnicity and hates all gays including those who are non-Latino and non-Jewish. BTW, their leader Kevin Alfred Strom is a convicted child molestor and child pornographer - some buddies Pearce has).

Eww. I'm an opponent of illegal immigration, but I think some people might be in denial about this. Look at the other work he has done as a politician.
Racism is wrong, period. I wouldn't condone Mr. Pearce's actions had he let his "supposed racism" get in the way of successfully doing his job as an American politician. However I am going to state pure and simple that this law, which mirrors federal law, is not racist. So long as he works in a constitutional way and doesn't interfere with the rights of American citizens black white Hispanic or other, then he can be a closet racist for all I care. (And I know everyone is going to debate this last sentence, which is pointless because we cannot argue the constitutionality of the bill until the federal judges look at it and decide for themselves, because their opinion is the only one which counts in this matter).
Had Russell Pearce written the bill as: Any subject who is brown, possesses a surname of Hispanic origin, or is visually of Hispanic descent will be questioned for their proof of citizenship. Failure to comply will result in immediate beating and deportation. - Thennnnnn I'd say something is fishy. But he and Kris Kobach drafted that bill to be as constitutional as possible.
It's funny because La Raza is a "brown power" group, but nobody seems to care that they hold a grudge against Caucasians for "stealing their land".

"Brown people" as you so call them will only have to show valid I.D. just like us whiteys, blacks, asians, etc. and then they are on their way.
