I guess this is the response we get from a man that sat back and watched as his own relative snuck in illegally.

Nita

No offense intended here Nita, but, " the others" are no longer in office and the ball is in Barry's court....so.......

In what manner has he responded to border security and illegal immigration that has has a positive impact on this country and received the support of the citizens of this country ?

Sending 1200 desk jockeys to the border ? ( for support, not enforcement)

By allowing Morton to openly say he may choose not enforce the current laws ?

By allowing Napolitano to adjust 287g as this admin sees fit ?

By condemning SB 1070 even before any review ?

Like I stated, no offense intended, but I fail to see any response by the "community organizer in chief" that even remotely comes close to dealing with illegal immigration in a manner that represents a positive approach for America.

So far it has been a continuation of the "smoke and mirrors" and "carrot on a stick" approach so prevelent in past administrations.

So, where is this "changey" thing he promised?

Regards,

BL

We should be blaming the illegals and the feds.

I know the only reason Obama is doing this is so he can get more votes, but he's right. (probably the only thing he has ever been right about)

We should never punish private citizens for government failure. It's too Soviet Unionish.

And that's all I got to say about that.
You are 10838796435789629% WRONG!!

They are liable. There is a little Federal Form that employers fill out called the I-9 form where they get a copy of their Social Security card which makes them legally in the the Country and can work. If the employer fails to do something as simple as that, they are liable.

2012, SEND OBAMA BACK TO KENYA!!!

Maybe he didn't even know she was here, possible because I don't think he really stayed much in contact over the years with his father's side of the family.

I think Obama actually is going to do and say whatever the powers-that-be tell him to do and say.

Just like Silvestre Reyes once put "Operation Hold-the-Line" into place and had fences built on the border, he now is a flaming open-borders proponent.

They get to Washington DC, and they fall in love with the glitter and glitz and realize they never want to give it up -- and as long as they toe the line, they can keep it.

During the campaign, Obama sidestepped the issue enough to make you think he actually might believe that illegals should go to the back of the line if they wish to become citizens, and that they should have to learn English -- or maybe he didn't really believe that much in unlimited illegal immigration and open borders but he sure does now.

We need to clean house.
Correct.

What is a clean, simple, and do-able solution to the illegal immigration problem?

A) Some say we need to secure the border.
B) Some say we need to change out a few elected officials.
C) Some say we need to prosecute employers who knowingly break the law.

The correct answer is:

D) All of the above.

it does not matter which president is in the oval office, the intent of washington is to promote the invasion of america and bleed our resources dry. this is clearly a hostile action against the american people. i think i made a big mistake, mccain should be president.

wow, you have my response all wrong, I guess I need to clarify a few things: There are very few people in leadership posititions I respect less than our President, and I agree he has done nothing. That is my point. Our last 2 Presidents didn't come out and ask us to understand illegals..ok, Obama hasn't either, but he might as have. He seems to think, asking for 1200 border patrol agents, of which many will be office workers will appease the majority, well he isn't appeasing me.
