The question is? Is this just window dressing to take some heat off? Will they be allowed to actually do anything or will this be a camping trip for the guard? Given his actions so far I have to believe that this is nothing more than a make you feel good mission. No real objective is targeted.

The goal is to be seen. No captures, arrests, or measurable results required.

We were promised there would be no more amnesty the last time they did it and should not have. NO AMNESTY! Don't even say it and give someone the idea that is acceptable.
