The best news about the Arizona illegal immigrant law as well as the law banning ethnic studies is the bonus for liberals. Now, with illegals probably avoiding Arizona, they will go to the states of liberals who will not pass any immigration laws. It is great news and win-win. The states with conservatives who enforce laws to protect thier state from the flood of illegals will get fewer and fewer illegals, while those who pass no such laws will be flooded. Great news for liberals, as now they will have to pay for the education, healthcare, and housing for the illegals, which is exactly what they had hoped for.
I do think that CA should put them up, even at the expense of Americans who are on welfare. It is the only fair thing to do. They like being fair so they should be the ones to feed and water them. I have noticed on other posts that if you want to secure your border, make sure people who enter here are healthy, skilled and coming for work then you are a "regressive." If you are in favor of open unrestrained immigration even to the peril of your own country and resorces, then you are a "progressive." And all regressives are bigots or racists. So lesson 1. Progressive = good thing, 2. Regressive = bad thing. Just words. Proud to be a regressive.

Of course they are. Liberals are very happy to tell the citizens of Arizona to burden the huge financial burden of illegals, but will probably change thier tune when they have to pay for such problems themselves. Liberalism is hypocrisy in action. However, when they state they really support illegal's "rights", they may be in a position to support those "rights" and put thier money where thier mouth is.

That would hilarious if Marin County; in particular Mill Valley was loaded with illegal aliens (especially illiterate non White ones) 15-20 to a house.

We are not talking about immigrants. I love immigrants, as they are generally hard working, pay taxes, are pro-education, and make the nation stronger.
This is about ILLEGAL immigrants. There is a distinct difference.
If you think this is a wonderful thing (and obviously you do) then perhaps that "sanctuary city" will be the recipient of all the illegals fleeing potentional detection in Arizona. I am sure that you will be happy about the influx of illegals. DURR! I think that your fair state, if I am not mistaken, is already going bankrupt due to the burden of illegals and social programs gone wild. This would just hasten the inevitable demise of California. Perhaps it will be "retaken" by Mexicans, as "La Raza" wants, and you can enjoy all the benefits of being a Mexican citizen, just at they enjoy in Juarrez and Tiajuana. They are lovely places and ones that liberals would love.

1. Legals actually bother to apply for a VISA
2. Legals actually wait to be approved and receive a VISA before entering our country.
3. Legals Use their own Green cards and SSN's.
4. Legals actually pay taxes on their wages.
5. Legals respect this country enough to obey our laws.
6. Legals don't need to skulk in the shadows like criminals.
7. Legals tend to appreciate this country and try to assimulate, not change it to suit their own needs.
8. Many if not most legals detest illegals.
