Actually, I do. The '80s. You've gotta admit the '80s was memorable. It is about the last good decade we will ever have if America doesn't reverse the trend anytime soon.

Under 40.

Against illegal immigration...

...but smart enough to know that this doesn't mean I have to be for the current version of the Arizona law (seems that not too many people have figured this out).

Over 40.
Against illegal immigration.
Against any amnesty.
Against the AZ law in its current version but fully understand why there is a need (and subsequent support) for it.

One is never to ask a lady her age but will say I've participated in an election or two. Have found most who support illegal immigration seem to be young latino and white. I have read that and it makes sense, most are students who do not yet understand the detriment of tax, budget and future. I agree with the statement that usually one does not get involved politically until after they finish school, have children (wanting the better schools) and actually have to make a living and pay enormous taxes. Nothing derogatory in my statement, it just seems to be true.

Ca is already doing what the AZ law is asking to do and no one is complaining.

(Although, frankly, I don't believe anyone who's now under 30 will have any "good ol' days" to look back on . . . ).

From reading, I've found that the majority of people who have really, really strong feelings about this illegal alien issue are, by and large, over 40, with a great many being over 50.
If the Adults didn't fight to keep things under control "no one" would have anything to call "the good old days" going forward. Over population is the cause of all of our woes and illegal immigration only compounds that problem. Doing nothing is absolutely the worst thing we can do.
