This sounds like TERRORISM to me, I wonder why this wasn't national news worthy?
DHS feared, Drug Cartel Plotted To Blow Up TX Dam

In my opinion, it was reported by “serious and reliable sources” that a drug cartel called the Zeta's were planning on demolishing a Texas Dam with explosives. Authorities discovered dynamite near the dam and a flyer's that warned Mexicans in Mexico of the danger that was about to happen.
Mexican authorities reported that the Zeta's used megaphones and flyer's to warn the people in Mexico to clear the area because it was going to flood. The 5 mile long Falcon Dam was built in 1954 for hydroelectric power, drinking water, agriculture and flood control.
Even though the blowing up of the dam apparently wasn't to hurt civilians, I wouldn't be surprised if our next terrorist threat came from Mexico and I'm not talking about the radical Islamic terrorists coming in the U.S. through Mexico. I'm talking about an effort by Mexican terrorists and Islamic terrorists to tag-team the U.S.. The U.S. had better get it together. All the more reason to protect the entrances into the country.

Unforutnatly that is the world we live in...Terror is a ever-present danger. Danger from forigen and domestic actors. World Trade and Okalhoma city are two prime examples.
Seems to me, there are more Domestic terrorists caught, convited, and Executed then any undocumented aliens.
Does Kaczynski, Rudloph, and McViegh ring any bells.
So you're saying it's okay if the Mexicans blow up a Texas dam because domestic terrorism exists?
