Irishzazen is on a distinguished road
Default In Galena, up the hill or Park Avenue? Which is

the best area?

Up the hill is nice as its very scenic but, on the other hand, it can be confusing as it is so hard to find addresses up there and some of the houses/areas are just too steep.

Down the hill (Park Avenue/Grant Park) seems better but there are much fewer houses down there so the opportunities for purchase are more scarce.

Thanks for any information!!

To some degree, the further up the hill you are, the fewer tourists you have walking by and gawking at your house. That would be part of the deciding factor for me; YMMV.
