I may be moving to the Rochelle area. I am wondering how the high school is? Anyone have experience with this high school?

I don't have experience with attending that school, I do know that it is relatively new. It is a beautiful school. they have a great football/track and outdoor facilities. Our high school competes against them. I believe the school has around 1100 students.

Hi there. I actually go to the High School. It's a really nice building and, as another user said, it has a great sports area. Obviously that doesn't matter much to someone if they're not interested in sports. Students and staff alike are very friendly and you'll have no issue finding friends. There aren't really any major a-holes in the school. If you don't like someone then just try to avoid them and you won't have an issue. Lunches are pretty good (expensive though!) so you may just want to bring a sack lunch if money is an issue.

The school is very sports-heavy which can get tiring at times but there is plenty to do if you're not interested in sports. They've added quite a lot of new clubs since I've been here. There could definitely be more but I'm sure they'll be added.

On a side-note there is quite a large Hispanic population so expect to hear some Spanish throughout the halls but you'll get used to it.

Population-wise it's small but not too small. About 1100 as the person above said

If you do come here I'm sure you'll enjoy it
