I would choose Washington, it is very close. That is assuming she would be at the main campus. I live in Chillicothe and attend but I think that is to far. It is like 25 minutes from here. Washington is like 5 minutes.

I went to ICC... it is a wonderful school. I believe they have on-campus housing now (didn't when I attended). Also, there are plenty of little apartments to rent right around campus in East Peoria... Just drive around and I'm sure you'll find plenty.

ICC has new'er' apartments called Woodview Commons. They are very nice, with good sized rooms, and a private swimming pool. But do not be decieved, they are apartments, not dorms! They are pretty expensive for what they are. I think the whole point of attending a junior college is to save money. These will not do it for you. East Peoria has many apartment buildings that should fit into a student budget. Washington is a great community and I'm sure that you can find apartements there. I don't know if Creve Coeur does or not, but I wouldn't recommend that area. Pekin I know has many, but makes up the southern tip of Peoria metro so it isn't exactly close. More like 25 minutes.
