That building is not in the suburbs, it is actually very close to the center of the city! I grew up in Bucktown! And that building is somewhere between Bucktown & Wicker Park neighborhoods. They change the pictures on it every couple of months or so. That's probably why you can't find it again! It's located near the corner of Ashland ave. & North ave. I had some pics of that building from 97 and it had Jordan, Pippen, and Rodman painted on it. Sure wish I could find em'!!!!
