Sorry! Which ones are you talking about in particular? All were shot in IL, hence the "images of IL" thread title.

AS always, you're the greatest, Steve! Thanks!

THOSE ARE FROM WARRENVILLE??? ARE YOU SERIOUS??? WHERE WAS i UNDER A ROCK WHEN I WAS THERE???

You should know, you live there! LOL I have two good friends that live in Warrenville. When I move out there next year, I may have to stay with them for a while until I can get settled. Why can't I picture this forest preserve... where is it in reference to...say..Butterfield Road? I can't see it on my map.

Aw gee, shucks. Thanks!

Thats at the Blackwell Forest Preserve, its right off of Butterfield Rd and Winfield Rd intersection. The entrance is on Butterfield about a mile west of Winfield Rd. Its a pretty decent park with some lakes, streams, ponds, forests, bluffs, etc.

Nice photos. The average person traversing Illinois on the interstates or even major state highways isn't going to see much of this - they're going to see (in most parts of the state) an endless repetition of soybean and corn fields. Hard to make those look dramatic.
