Peoria has a good system of parochial elementary schools, as well as one Catholic high school (Notre Dame). You can find more info here: http://www.cdop.org/diocesan_offices/school_links.cfm (broken link)
If you are looking for something in the suburbs of Peoria, Chillicothe is home to St. Edwards, which provides an excellent education.
There are also several other non-catholic schools, including Peoria Christian and several Lutheran schools. For more complete information, see this link:

Are there any secular private schools in Peoria?
It seems like there would be a market for this...

My family is currently living in Central, WI and will be moving to Peoria, IL sometime this summer. My kids attend Catholic school now and I am wondering if anyone knows more detail on the Catholic School system in Peoria. Do they wear uniforms, are there schools K-5, and middle school 6-8? What area is the best to live with school age kids?
