A couple weeks ago I was let loose/discharged from a job of 2 years & had to file for unemployment. The circumstances leading to that was work/hours were drastically slowing down. The month before I was discharged I was scheduled maybe 1 or 2 days a week maybe 3-5 hours per day. One time, I wasn't scheduled for an entire week. other employees were getting healtht hourd so I sensed I was kinda being pushed out so I started to lightweight search for another job.
So one day they schedule me for exactly a 1 hour shift on a Wednesday. I couldn't make it due to family obligations and a 1 hour shift just not worth the commute.
I was called in the next day and told I was discharged for missing that day. No warning or anything! It seems they finally got what they needed to let me go.
So I filed for unemployment, got there ui findings stating how much I'll get, even got a debit card in the mail.
So one day, I certified online, called the teleserve number and the automated system stated I wasn't paid yet due to an "adjudication issue". The same day I received a mail stating I must conduct a phone interview regarding 602A. My ex employer stated I was discharged due to misconduct. So they contested my claim right?

So what should I expect from this phone interview? Given the info provided, will they deny my benefits?
