If I remember correctly it is a St. Louis Company has a stake in Illinois coal and oil fields. I think it is positively fascinating a SoIL native is back in Illinois for a cheap thrill and to try her luck at Quinn's court. If she cared for Illinois so much she should have returned as soon as she earned as her JD, but she didn't.

Fracking is an IL fact, just as coal is being mined and rigs are pumping oil while JC debates it, is a fact. The question is whether or not Johnson County wants new business at the gas stations, restaurants, motels, grocers, variety stores, banks, apartments and whether or not the residents want jobs such as M.E., and delivering O&G mobile equipment on big rigs. If you have a CDL license there is a job for you. If IL can't fill jobs then the companies will bring in the outsiders with their 5th wheels and trailers.

Fracking is 24/7/365. The industry is so large in desolate sandy Texas employees live 30-90 miles from the job site. The fracking could possibly run the meth labs out of the Shawnee Forest which might not be such a bad deal after all. Hopefully JC won't forge Eminent Domaine. Fracking is coming. It is just a question of when, and how much money it wants to spend to lose?
